How do we prepare our 36 hour of dairy beef?! We take meat between each rib and slow cook it for 36 hours. Falling off the bone, seasoned, and ready to serve. Just like that, less food waste and even more flavour!

Our menu features some pretty unique dishes. Including... Duck Butter! Served at your table with a potato and onion seasoned bread roll. Just one of many delicious ways we repurpose all available food! Craving more? Enjoy our Duck Popcorn over our Confit Cold Pressed Duck! A must try.

The bank holiday has arrived! We're kicking it off with drinks, Sinless drinks! The Oliva is inspired by Lady Tyburn's daughter, from who we get our name. Enjoy the flavours of cucumber and elderflower. Cheers to that!

We know you know, 90% of our ingredients are sourced from within 100 miles of the restaurant. But our partners are local too! Toast Beer, a London-based brewery that uses surplus bread to create some pretty tasty drinks, and Camden Hells - a true London classic.
